ALL-EN SPORTS PERFORMANCE offers a wide variety of programs for athletes of all sports - football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, softball, tennis, track and field, and even swimming. Our programs are designed to elevate your athletic abilities. No athlete is built the same, meaning all training regimens are custom to help you meet your goals. In addition to athletic performance training,
ALL-EN SPORTS PERFORMANCE also offers athletic representation and general fitness training.
YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC TRAINING
This program is intended to help young athletes get to the next level. Each workout will focus on improving athletes speed, footwork, agility, and strength. Athletes will be instructed on the proper form and techniques of weight lifting, and will also go through a series of position specific drills. This program is available for both individuals and teams.
COLLEGE AND PROFESSIONAL ATHLETIC TRAINING
This program is designed to increase athletes speed, strength, and agility. Each athlete will have their own, custom program based on their position, team role, and offseason goals.
We will focus on fine tuning the small things which will help you take your game to the next level. In addition to training, we also offer management for professional athletes, please contact us for more information.
NFL COMBINE AND PRO DAY PREP
This full-service program is intended to help prepare athletes for both the NFL Combine and their Pro Day. This rigorous and structured program focuses on not only speed, strength, and on-field training, but also interview preparation, film review, and more. GENERAL FITNESS TRAINING
This program is designed to motivate general fitness clients to reach their goals and then some. Through our fun, yet challenging workouts, you will find your inner athlete. Whether you are looking
for weight loss, endurance training, or strength and conditioning training, we gave a program for you!
General Fitness Training can occur in a group or one-on-one setting.
